Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our store by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Offer product recommendations and provide information about our products and services to customers.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
    • Ensure that all store equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
