Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our extensive range of fishing products.

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and that our store is always well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by working collaboratively with the team and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fishing products and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
