As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our merchandise is processed efficiently, making it readily available for our clientele. When required on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be prominently displayed. Role Overview:
To excel as a Delivery Team Member, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our customers by:
Swiftly and accurately processing inventory to the highest standards, which includes scanning, unpacking, organizing, and shelving products Presenting all merchandise attractively and placing it on the sales floor or storing it correctly in stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to our customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store, as needed Collaborating with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or ManagersWe offer excellent benefits (see further list below)
Candidate Profile:
An effective communicator who is approachable, composed, and efficient – even during peak times Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized, with a keen eye for accuracy Takes pride in their work and approaches all tasks with enthusiasm and energy Comfortable working independently and proactively managing tasks Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for the team and our customers Eager to take charge of personal developmentIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office requirements on skill levels. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from Next.
