As a Patient Advisor, you'll play a vital role in making our patients feel comfortable and relaxed while providing a 5-star service. You'll enjoy meeting new people and have strong communication skills to work with patients and ophthalmic professionals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may vary, but a typical day will involve:

  • Building strong relationships with our patients
  • Performing diagnostic eye scans (full training will be provided)
  • Confidently relaying patient information to the optometrist for a smooth patient journey
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Arranging affordable finance options for each patient
  • Scheduling consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons

The successful candidate will be:

  • Driven and passionate with a willingness to succeed
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
  • Be self-motivated to work with and without supervision
  • Possess strong organisational skills
  • Be commercially aware while providing world-class customer service
