At Optical Express, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Patient Advisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our patients, performing diagnostic eye scans, and relaying patient information to our optometrists. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and arranging affordable finance options.
We are looking for someone who is driven, passionate, and willing to succeed. They should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and be self-motivated to work with and without supervision.
