About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and provide patient care in a dialysis setting.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses.
  • 6 months of proven experience as a Dialysis Nurse.
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided).
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity.
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards.
  • 2x Clinical References.
