We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Neonatal Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and identify nursing problems and needs in partnership with families and caregivers.
- Recognize and respond to vulnerable children in accordance with Trust policy, seeking support from senior staff as needed.
- Attend deliveries and safely transport and admit infants to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Neonatal Unit within the last 2 years.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices.
