About the Position:

This dynamic and expanding restaurant organization is in search of a People and Culture Partner for a temporary 6-month engagement, with the possibility of evolving into a permanent role as the company aims for further growth. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in cultivating an exceptional workplace atmosphere by managing HR functions across all locations. The role is predominantly administrative, with a significant focus on data management and HR procedures. You will also take charge of independently handling employee relations (ER) matters, which includes conducting investigations and leading termination discussions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precision in HR reporting, employee documentation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Confidently oversee ER cases.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.
  • Implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain current and compliant HR practices.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 certification is essential.
  • Demonstrated HR experience with a strong emphasis on data management.
  • Capability to manage ER cases autonomously.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Composed and effective decision-making skills.
