In this capacity, you will be instrumental in cultivating an exceptional workplace atmosphere by managing HR functions across all locations. The role is predominantly administrative, with a significant focus on data management and HR procedures. You will also take charge of independently handling employee relations (ER) matters, which includes conducting investigations and leading termination discussions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Confidently oversee ER cases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
