Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Senior Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Process guest arrivals, assign rooms, and activate room keys, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in experience.
  • Room Readiness and Guest Concerns: Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and address any guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to and process all guest calls, messages, and questions, providing accurate and helpful information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Property and Local Information: Provide guests with information and directions regarding hotel facilities and local areas of interest, enhancing their overall stay experience.
  • Payment and Room Charges: Process payments and room charges, as well as cashing guests' personal and traveler's checks, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.
  • Reservation and Cancellation Management: Confirm reservations and cancellations, running daily reports on arrivals and departures to ensure efficient room management.
