The Role of Front of House Supervisor
  • Supervise the reception desk in our busy classic-style restaurant.
  • Ensure all guests are acknowledged and greeted warmly upon arrival.
  • Engage in conversation with guests and assist them to their allocated tables.
  • Manage the flow of the restaurant, including turn times.
  • Oversee the duties of the Restaurant Receptionists.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and bookings.
Requirements for the Front of House Supervisor
  • Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Senior Receptionist.
  • Be warm and genuine with people, naturally hospitable, and able to engage with anyone.
  • Be well-presented with an excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Be proactive and respond quickly to the guests' and colleagues' needs.
  • Experience with Seven Rooms or Open Table would be beneficial.
  • Hold eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Expected earnings from £16.96 per hour.
