Job Title: Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Searcys. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Greeting and Check-in/Check-out: Ensure that all guests are greeted on entering the building and made to feel welcome.
  • Reservations and Communication: Take reservations and ensure that all information is correct, and communicate with the manager and team if any assistance is needed.
  • Message Recording and Distribution: Ensure that all messages are recorded and distributed swiftly.
  • Reception Maintenance: Keep the reception clean and tidy at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with the manager and team if any assistance is needed, and work as a team member in harmony with all other staff.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year's prior front-of-house experience in hospitality.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, excellent time management, and a supportive/team player attitude.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of reservations systems is desirable.
