- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise with guests or staff, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Front of House supervisor in a similar operation.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to reach their full potential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft and knowledge of Reservation Systems (Opera) and 3C.
