Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our European Sales team, focusing on collaboration with our partnership ecosystem and industry vertical leaders to drive significant business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of sales excellence throughout the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Strengthen relationships with C-level executives, effectively communicating business impact and return on investment.
  • Oversee a complex sales cycle, marketing a range of products both directly and through channel partners.
  • Refine the sales process to enhance collaboration among marketing, sales, presales, and account management teams.
  • Ensure partner managers maintain a steady pipeline of leads and foster balanced sales growth through the Partner Sales team.
  • Support partners in meeting expectations related to pipeline development and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global partner development and support teams to share expertise and best practices.
  • Engage in strategic planning for both existing and new product sales while maintaining a hands-on approach.
  • Build a high-performing sales team through effective talent management and performance evaluation.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Enterprise infrastructure and Digital Enterprise domains, including Cloud, Analytics, Security, and EDR.
  • Act as a key representative in promoting the brand.
  • Utilize an established network of clients and contacts to enhance market presence.
  • Manage and cultivate a continuous pipeline of leads, driving balanced sales growth.
  • Participate in presentations, trade shows, partner events, and other industry gatherings.
  • Travel as necessary for in-person engagements with clients and partners to foster key relationships.
