Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our European Sales team, focusing on enhancing our partnerships and collaborating with industry vertical leaders and service lines to drive significant business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of sales excellence throughout the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Strengthen relationships with C-level executives at current and prospective clients, effectively communicating business impact and return on investment.
- Oversee a complex sales cycle, marketing a comprehensive suite of products both directly and through channel partners.
- Refine the sales methodology to foster collaboration among marketing, sales, presales, and account management teams.
- Ensure partner managers consistently develop a robust pipeline of leads and drive balanced sales growth through the Partner Sales team.
- Monitor partner performance in relation to pipeline development, technical capabilities, and commercial practices.
- Collaborate with global partner development and support teams to share expertise, resources, and market insights.
- Implement strategic planning for both existing and new product sales, balancing long-term strategies with immediate, hands-on efforts.
- Build a high-performing sales team through effective talent management and performance evaluation processes.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Enterprise infrastructure and Digital Enterprise domains, including Cloud, Analytics, Security, and EDR.
- Act as a key representative and advocate for the brand.
- Utilize an established network of clients and contacts to enhance market penetration.
- Manage and cultivate a continuous pipeline of leads and opportunities, driving balanced sales growth.
- Support presentations, trade shows, partner events, and other industry-related gatherings.
- Travel as necessary for in-person engagements with clients and partners to foster key relationships.
