Job Title: Strategic Business Development Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Partner to join our team at Page Executive. As a key member of our Global Practice, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development across our Consumer Manufacturing and Fast Moving Consumer Goods sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the FMCG and Consumer Manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level professionals, regional function heads, and management boards to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage multiple and complex search projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with our Global Practice community to share best practices, knowledge, and experiences, driving innovation and excellence in our industry.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business experience in executive retained search, with a proven track record in delivering revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
- Proven business development skills, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
