Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner to key customers, providing innovative solutions aligned with their strategies.
  • Foster lasting relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and building loyalty to maximise business growth and opportunities.
  • Work closely with sourcing teams, guiding them on customer requirements from product development to delivery, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the sourcing team to refine fabric qualities, ensuring they meet customer specifications and expectations.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors, enabling targeted strategies that position our company advantageously.
