• Assist patrons with their selections and offer tailored recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries about services, promotions, and pricing.
• Accurately process orders, paying close attention to special requests and dietary needs.
• Manage cash and electronic transactions, ensuring precision in financial handling.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas and dining environment.
• Monitor and replenish supplies such as condiments and napkins as necessary.
