About the Role:
As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out key station duties, such as train dispatch, customer information provision, and customer assistance.
- Providing exceptional customer service and being dedicated to meeting customer needs.
- Ensuring the safe and punctual departure of trains from the station and following correct dispatch procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and safe station environment, prioritizing the safety of customers, colleagues, visitors, and contractors.
- Delivering extraordinary front-line customer service and being fully computer literate, with the ability to use GWR operational Apps.
Working Pattern:
You will be required to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants who are successfully shortlisted will be expected to undertake an online ability test and a competency-based interview. The successful candidate will be required to meet the medical standards for the role, including color vision and hearing tests.
