**Job Description:**
Sirona care & health CIC is seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist Community Learning Disability Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in community learning disability nursing
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct assessments and provide guidance on care and support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Learning Disability Nursing or a related field
- Proven experience in community learning disability nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
