Clinical Specialist Community Learning Disability Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist Community Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to service users with learning disabilities and their carers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage the health needs of adults with learning disabilities
- Provide specialist advice and support to other staff and teams
- Develop and maintain expertise in specific clinical areas
- Coordinate the multi-professional team and work closely with the Clinical and Operational Lead
- Provide training and education to other professionals and carers
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Highly competent clinical reasoning skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Clear and competent prioritisation skills and ability to manage own caseload
- Significant experience of learning disability community nursing
