We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a Clinical Project Coordinator - Learning Disability Specialist, you will play a key role in leading a team focused on improving health outcomes for people with a Learning Disability across the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support the delivery of service improvements resulting from key themes from the LeDeR national programme, local key themes and trends.
- Develop and deliver service improvements, projects, and training to promote inclusion and improved health outcomes for people with LD.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of practitioners, ensuring a project management approach to develop and achieve an annual programme of work.
- Act as a highly specialised source of subject matter expertise around reasonable adjustments for learning disability, providing a specialist resource hub for the ALDH service and to the wider health services within Sirona.
- Develop a health promotion programme for people with learning disabilities, linking in with relevant health services and existing structures.
- Work with service users, engagement and self-advocacy groups to champion the voice of people with a learning disability in the development of services.
