An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the Medical Research Unit at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Trust.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of a Clinical Trials Coordinator. Our research portfolio is expansive, and we have a vacancy for a Trial Coordinator to join our busy unit.

We deliver a wide range of research projects within the Division of Medicine in specialties such as Dermatology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Stroke/Lipids, Hepatology, Respiratory, Sleep studies, and Endocrinology.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about clinical research to join a supportive team in a dynamic and exciting setting, where you can develop your skills and work with colleagues across the Trust.

The research team is looking for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about clinical research to join us. You will be working with a variety of research professionals across the trust and will be involved in all aspects of the study coordination of medical research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of trial coordination as an integrated member of the clinical research team.
  • Support the safe conduct of research to provide assurance that the rights, safety, and wellbeing of research participants are protected.
  • Need excellent IT and literacy skills, operational flexibility, and have a keen eye for detail.
