Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Claranet Limited. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our leadership teams to deliver initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support leaders across the business to deliver organisational success in change management and organisation design
  • Coach, develop and support leaders to develop their people management capability, advising on complex people issues and casework
  • Develop existing reporting and MI and provide analysis on key HR trends with solutions and plans to address issues
  • Work closely with the L&D team to identify training needs and strategy
  • Work closely with the Talent team to hire the best talent
  • Focus on talent management including workforce and succession planning
  • Support the Head of HR Operations in driving and implementing the overall People plan strategy that is aligned to company-wide strategic priorities
  • Co-lead on a number of HR people and culture projects including DEI, CSR, and other initiatives

Requirements

  • Commercially aware with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of operating as a strategic and operational Business Partner
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
