Anderson Clark is on the lookout for a Strategic HR Advisor to become an integral part of our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our HR strategies are in sync with the overarching business goals and requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to grasp business objectives and formulate HR strategies that align with these goals.

- Serve as a trusted consultant to managers and staff on all HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational structure.

- Lead and oversee the execution of HR programs and initiatives across various business units.

- Provide specialized knowledge in areas such as employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment legislation.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to guide decision-making and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

- Advocate for a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all HR practices reflect these principles.

- Facilitate change management processes and support business transformation efforts.

- Address employee relations matters with a balanced and fair approach, ensuring prompt resolution.



Requirements

Skills & Experience:

- A CIPD qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role.

- Comprehensive understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.

- Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives that contribute to business success.
