Strategic HR Advisor – 12 Month Contract

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a robust background in navigating organizational change? Have you adeptly managed intricate Employee Relations (ER) situations, supported leadership during corporate transitions, or facilitated the assimilation of newly acquired entities? If this resonates with your experience, this opportunity may align well with your career aspirations.

We are looking for a committed Strategic HR Advisor to join a prominent, multi-faceted Media organization on a fixed-term contract.

This role is part-time, requiring 4 days of engagement per week, and offers a pro-rata remuneration of £60K (£75K FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managerial Coaching: Offer expert guidance to managers, bolstering their leadership skills and ensuring effective team dynamics.
  • Employee Relations Management: Oversee complex ER matters with an emphasis on resolution and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.
  • Change Management: Champion and facilitate change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions during corporate mergers, acquisitions, and other significant organizational shifts.
  • General HR Functions: Execute a variety of HR responsibilities, enhancing the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven HR professional with a strong track record in managing organizational change.
  • Expertise in navigating complex ER situations and providing managerial coaching.
  • Knowledgeable in the processes of mergers and acquisitions, as well as business integrations.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong foundation in generalist HR practices.

Compensation Details:

  • 4 days of work per week
  • 2-3 days in the office
  • £60K for 4 days (£75K FTE)
