Divalentinecalver Recruitment Ltd, una empresa reconocida en la provisión de soluciones de ingredientes y mezclas, está en búsqueda de un Quality Assurance Supplier Manager para liderar los procesos de aprobación de proveedores en el sector de Nutrición Deportiva y Mezclas Alimentarias. Buscamos un profesional proactivo que pueda diseñar, implementar y supervisar auditorías de monitoreo de materias primas junto con el departamento de Calidad.
Las responsabilidades clave de este puesto incluyen:
- Coordinar y liderar las diferentes fases del proceso de aprobación, que abarcan la documentación, evaluaciones de materias primas, organización de pruebas externas, evaluaciones de riesgo y recomendaciones de auditoría.
- Diseñar e implementar especificaciones de compra para nuevas materias primas y actualizar las existentes según sea necesario.
- Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo anuales para materias primas y liderar auditorías de monitoreo de proveedores junto con el departamento de Calidad.
- Gestionar el estatus Halal y Kosher de los sitios y materias primas.
- Proporcionar capacitación en temas relacionados con aprobaciones y monitoreo.
- Recopilar, revisar y archivar la documentación de los proveedores durante el proceso de aprobación.
- Compilar informes resumidos para auditorías y solicitudes de clientes sobre materias primas y proveedores.
- Gestionar las notificaciones y procesos de aprobación con los clientes.
- Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo anuales sobre proveedores y contratistas externos.
- Liderar la certificación Kosher y Halal para el sitio en el Reino Unido.
- Apoyar iniciativas del programa de Mejora Continua.
- Colaborar en el cumplimiento de cuestionarios de clientes relacionados con materias primas.
- Asistir en proyectos relacionados con cambios legislativos en materias primas.
- Brindar apoyo al equipo de HACCP y TACCP.
- Gestionar el equipo de calidad de proveedores y otros roles de apoyo.
- Reportar y escalar asuntos al Gerente de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria.
- Colaborar con el equipo regulatorio para llevar a cabo verificaciones regulatorias.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con las normativas GB y UE.
- Identificar y abordar problemas con los proveedores.
- Investigar resultados fuera de especificación.
El candidato ideal debe poseer un sólido entendimiento de los requisitos y estándares de calidad en la industria alimentaria, incluyendo FSSC (u otros GFSI), HACCP y VACCP. Se requiere un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en roles de Calidad, Técnico o I+D dentro de la industria alimentaria.
