Quality Assurance Specialist

An exciting opportunity awaits for a quality assurance specialist to become part of our production team at our distribution center. Collaborating closely with the technical manager, you will be instrumental in upholding the quality benchmarks of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular AQL inspections at warehouse and retail locations
  • Compile monthly reports on quality concerns
  • Oversee the creation of factory performance scorecards
  • Enforce quality protocols
  • Evaluate product defects and returns
  • Generate supplier corrective action reports
  • Examine customer feedback and complaints
  • Keep management updated on significant issues
  • Conduct annual reviews of key supplier performance

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Proven experience in AQL inspections
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel if necessary
