About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our production team at AllSaints. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality control inspections at our distribution centre and store level to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Compile and analyze quality reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the technical manager to implement quality procedures and processes that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse returns department to assess product failures and returns analysis.
  • Issue and manage supplier corrective action reports to ensure product quality meets agreed standards.
  • Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability.
  • Support the technical manager with annual business reviews of key suppliers from a quality perspective.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel at short notice if required.
  • Multiproduct experience necessary.
  • Experience of carrying out AQL inspections at a factory level as well as head office experience.
