Customer Service – Billing and Network Support Associate
Location: Remote
Salary: £25,000 - £29,562 per annum
Hours: Flexible scheduling including weekends

In this role, you will provide specialized assistance for our medical services. As a Billing and Network Support Associate, your contributions will be vital in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of medical expenditures within our organization. You will be tasked with reviewing, auditing, and processing these expenses to ensure they align with regulatory standards and internal protocols. Your attention to detail and analytical capabilities will enhance the efficiency of expense management, ultimately driving cost-effectiveness and positive financial results for our company.
Key Responsibilities and Required Skills
- Management and evaluation of travel insurance claims
- Audit and review of medical expenses in accordance with company policy
- Proficiently entering invoice payments into our internal system
- Negotiating medical invoices effectively
- Coordinating logistical arrangements for clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Innovative and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination abilities
- Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment

Salary and Benefits for the Customer Service Associate:
- £25,000 - £29,562 per annum
