**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Finance and Customer Service Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, where you will be responsible for handling both financial operations and customer service duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with daily financial operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes, including the preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and customer service departments, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a finance assistant and/or customer service role is preferred.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

**What We Offer**
