Role Summary


As a Sales Assistance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver efficient support to the sales team while serving as a vital communication link between the sales personnel and the operational desk.

You will manage phone inquiries and routine correspondence effectively.

Additionally, you will conduct research on sales leads and projects as requested by the Technical Sales Representatives or Management Team. You will also be responsible for transferring relevant leads to projects and establishing actions for the Technical Sales Representatives to pursue.


A significant aspect of the Sales Assistance role involves acquiring knowledge of the operational desk functions, which encompass both sales and operational tasks.

Comprehensive training on products, their applications, invoicing systems, and CRM software will be provided.

Work Schedule

This position is based at our operational depot, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Ideal Candidate Profile


The ideal candidate will possess experience in a similar fast-paced sales support environment, preferably one that includes a sales or hire function. However, we also welcome applications from school or college leavers who are eager to start their careers.

You should be comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and in person.

A full driving license is required to facilitate your commute to work.
