About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at On Target Recruitment. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective support to the sales team, acting as a communication link between the sales team and the hire desk.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and routine correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Research sales leads and projects as requested by the Technical Sales Representatives/Management Team.
  • Transfer relevant leads to projects and set actions for Technical Sales Representatives to follow up.
  • Support the Hire desk team with their tasks, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Learn the hire desk functions, which are both sales and operational, and provide support as needed.
  • Full training on products, its applications, invoice system, and CRM software will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar fast-paced sales support role, preferably one with a sales/hire function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers on the phone and in person.
  • Proactive individual who is keen to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Good IT skills and a full driving license to ensure your commute to and from work.

  • A competitive basic salary of £24k-£28k.
