Sales and Administrative Support

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client to provide top-notch customer service to a broad customer base, including end-users, tradespeople, builders, and installers. This role is essential in supporting Account Managers and managing incoming calls, administrative tasks, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Support the internal sales team by handling administrative tasks, producing quotations, and processing orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on the company website and through email.
- Assist with returns and credits, maintaining high accuracy in processing all requests.
- Identify sales opportunities and forward them to relevant Account Managers.
- Review customer plans/specifications and provide recommendations to match their needs.
- Address technical queries when necessary, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, energetic personality with a proactive approach.
- Strong organization skills and confident telephone manner.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Experience within a sales environment is advantageous, but full training on systems and products will be provided.
