Edgewell Supply Chain is seeking a B2B Internal Sales Team Leader to drive the internal sales team towards achieving its annual customer retention and new business revenue objectives.

This role involves the strategic implementation of sales initiatives, call schedules, business plans, and commercial sales policies, while consistently promoting and adhering to the company's standards and core values.

The successful candidate will lead and cultivate a high-performing team of sales executives, fostering engagement and inspiration through effective communication and sales coaching. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, local management, and regional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the internal sales team.
  • Implement an outbound call strategy to ensure the team meets the required volume of meaningful sales and review calls.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate customer data using the company's Salesforce system, ensuring quality updates of activities.
  • Ensure proper usage of Salesforce by logging all activities, updates, customer statuses, and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and team performance.

People Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of internal Sales Executives who will generate, manage, and protect revenue within their designated sales territories.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession planning within the sales team.
  • Inspire commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm for the brand and company.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, defining structures, roles, and performance targets in collaboration with division leadership.
  • Evaluate team performance, addressing underperformance and recognizing success through compensation and recognition programs.
