About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support the sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on sales metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Acquisition: Take the lead role in signing up new clients from lead generating enquiry through to new business proposals and follow-up.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key intermediaries and third parties to enhance referrals and brand awareness.
  • Tax Team Support: Ensure tax project opportunities are maximised and targets are achieved.
  • Pipeline Management: Rigorously follow-up on all potential clients to meet ongoing client targets.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, particularly in professional services, and possess strong commercial acumen and professionalism.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on qualifications and experience, as well as a range of benefits including a company car or car allowance, free daily lunch, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), flexible working hours, profit share scheme, commission on new clients, medical insurance, reward lunches, and team-building days.
