Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Assistant to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist with customer sales and inquiries
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized approach to work with good IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Confidence in numeracy and ability to work with numbers
