About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our Positive Behaviour Support home in the Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignity for individuals with complex needs.
  • Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as CQC, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a culture of dignity and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing care homes for individuals with complex learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or have the ability to achieve this.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to training and meetings.
