Senior Care Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our Positive Behaviour Support home in the Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignity for individuals with complex needs.
- Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as CQC, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a culture of dignity and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing care homes for individuals with complex learning disabilities.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or have the ability to achieve this.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to training and meetings.
