About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our CAMHS Learning Disability Team in Oxfordshire. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing senior medical input and clinical leadership to the team, assessing new referrals, and providing ongoing management for patients requiring longer-term care.

You will work collaboratively with other members of the team to plan and deliver appropriate individually tailored treatment plans, and provide high-quality specialist clinical assessments, including relevant psychiatric and physical investigations. You will also be responsible for managing complex cases and providing clinical leadership to the team.

About the Team

Our CAMHS Learning Disability Team provides specialist services to children and young people with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs. We work closely with other services and agencies to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
