Trainee Educational Psychologist

We are seeking a Trainee Educational Psychologist to join our team in Oxfordshire, where we are committed to delivering high-quality services to children and young people. As a Trainee Educational Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our expert team of Educational Psychologists, Trainee Educational Psychologists, Assistant Educational Psychologists, and dedicated administrative support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage traded time within a cluster of allocated schools by developing relationships with SENCOs and school professionals.
- Support the Local Authority with Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs).
- Provide training and support in a range of areas, including Emotional Literacy Support Assistant training and supervision, SENCo supervision for school staff, and the Oxfordshire Relational Schools Project.
- A comprehensive induction process with a reduced patch for newly qualified EPs.
- Flexible agile working, with a wireless-enabled laptop and phone, and excellent on-demand IT support.
- A relocation allowance of up to £8,000.
- Annual leave starting at 28 (fte) days per year, rising to 33 days per year to recognise Local Government continuous service (plus bank holidays).
- Membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme, with an employer's contribution of up to 19%.
