About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic psychology graduate to join our Adult Specialist Eating Disorder Service as an Assistant Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the assessment and treatment of adults with eating disorders, using a wide range of skills and methods.
  • Deliver responsive and effective care for patients with eating disorders, as part of an experienced and highly motivated team.
  • Participate in individual case work, group work, audit, and research under the supervision of a qualified clinical psychologist.
  • Receive training in evidence-based eating disorder treatments such as CBT-T and guided self-help.
  • Work collaboratively with a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Principal Clinical Psychologist, Specialist Psychologist, CBT therapists, CBT and psychology trainees, and other Assistant Psychologists.

You will be part of an up-and-coming community eating disorder team, which includes a range of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care for patients with eating disorders.
