Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate HCPC registered psychologist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, colleagues, and consultants to provide high-quality psychological treatments in our acute inpatient wards.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the ward leadership team to implement service improvements and changes.
- Supervise and support assistant psychologists, doctoral trainee clinical psychologists, and other clinical team members in providing psychologically based care and treatment.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote a psychologically informed environment on the ward.
- Exercise professional responsibility for the governance of psychological practice within the ward, adhering to local policies and procedures.
