The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa is a leading hospitality provider seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our award-winning Human Resources Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and professional support to the HR Team and wider business.
- Maintain an open-door policy and lead by example.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and assist with communicating to all associates.
- Responsible for the HR and Recruitment mailbox and filter all enquiries as required.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including publishing job adverts and managing the recruitment pipeline.
- Produce regular HR reports and complete HR Metrics on a monthly basis.
- Assist the HR Department with absence reporting, probationary period reviews, and staff taxi policy administration.
- Support the HR Department in the distribution and follow-up of annual Company Corporate initiatives.
- Administer the associate benefits programme, HOME Reward & Recognition Programme, and other employee recognition schemes.
- Work in partnership with the HRBP to ensure accurate records of staff accommodation allocation and issues are reported to relevant departments.
- Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices in line with company policy.
- Prepare contract packs and conduct pre-employment checks for new associates.
- Ensure accurate and timely SAP system updates and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of compensation data.
- Coordinate exit interviews and arrange induction dates for new hires.
- Advise managers on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion, benefits, and maternity/paternity leave.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment.
- Driving Licence.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £27,500 - £29,000 gross per annum.
- Hybrid working (one day working from home).
