About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at Recruitics. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving market development and establishing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the European market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the European market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Principal Investigators, Core Laboratory Directors, and Reference Laboratory Directors to support the commercial efforts of our company.
  • Present the value proposition of our MeMed host-response technology to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build a solid funnel of opportunities with University Hospitals and Commercial Labs across Europe.
  • Generate proposals for customers, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Support customers during clinical evaluations of our MeMed host-response technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience, or 7+ years of experience with a Master's degree or Ph.D. with 3 years of sales experience in hospital settings.
  • Understanding of hospital policy deployment, care pathways, and protocol development.
  • Experience with clinical research and publication activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven to achieve results and goals.
  • Comfortable with up to 75% overnight travel.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language (preferably Spanish).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Infection disease and/or Emergency department.
  • Knowledge of infection detection/control, decision support, utilization management, case management, ED patient workflow, antibiotic stewardship.
  • Experience with laws, regulations, and hospital guidelines pertaining to emergency care of patients with suspected infection/sepsis.
