Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bid development process, ensuring alignment with client specifications and requirements.
  • Manage and generate high-quality presentations and proposals, presenting bid strategies to senior management.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and operational teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
  • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other tender documents to understand client needs and evaluate feasibility to bid.
  • Develop and edit technical documents, ensuring clarity, compliance, and compelling value propositions.

  • Oversee the post-submission process, including handling clarifications, negotiations, and presentations to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in managing and leading technical bids within the IT industry, with a focus on Public Sector Frameworks.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills, coupled with exceptional communication skills, creative, editing, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids simultaneously with exceptional time management.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach with the independence required to work in a fast-paced environment.
