- Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and outcomes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT project management, preferably in an MSP or IT consultancy.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience leading a PMO or project management team.
- Certifications: Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and Cloud certifications (Azure, 365 Fundamentals).
- Skills: Strong understanding of Cloud and on-premise infrastructure, excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Other Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of IT cybersecurity, audit, and compliance, and ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
