About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Lakeside View, a 30-bedded hospital in Willenhall. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to patients with significant mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Multi-Disciplinary Team in providing comprehensive care to patients
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in Ward Reviews and CPA meetings to promote individual recovery and facilitate discharge
Requirements
  • CCST/CCT or equivalent in Psychiatry
  • Registration with the GMC, including the special register for Psychiatry
  • Experience in inpatient settings with people with significant mental health difficulties
  • Ability to conduct training and education
