About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our client, a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services for adults and young people. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with acute mental health needs.

You will work closely with a team of professionals, including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team. Your role will involve assessing and treating patients, contributing to care planning, and ensuring that each individual's needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

About the Facility

The facility is a 28-bedded hospital located in Willenhall, comprising three small acute wards that foster a community feel. The aim of the facility is to provide a person-centred approach within a therapeutic environment that promotes collaborative care planning to achieve optimal treatment goals.

Patients are typically referred from local NHS trusts, and the facility prides itself on maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, families, and external agencies. This collaborative approach ensures clear communication throughout the care pathway, enhancing recovery and supporting safe discharge.
