Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our client, a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services for adults and young people.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care to patients with acute mental health needs
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients
- Contribute to care planning and ensure each individual's needs are met with compassion and professionalism
Working Hours:
- Flexible shift patterns, including long days and nights
- 7 shifts over a 14-day period
- Part-time options available
Requirements:
- NMC registration (RNLD/RMN)
- Post-registration continuing professional development
- Positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement, and quality
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
