Willenhall, Walsall, United Kingdom Priory Healthcare Full time

As a world-class provider of behavioural care and specialist support services, Priory Group offers a challenging and fulfilling career with opportunities for development and growth. Our network of hospitals, residential care homes, education facilities, and supported living services make a real and lasting difference to the lives of the people we support.

We are currently recruiting for Staff Nurses to join our team at Lakeside View, a 28-bedded hospital in Willenhall. Our hospital is committed to providing a person-centred approach and therapeutic environment, promoting collaborative care planning to optimise treatment goals.

As a Nurse at Lakeside View, you will care for patients with acute mental health needs who are admitted to us for assessment and treatment. You will work alongside a team of professionals, including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team.

We are looking for nurses with a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality. You will require excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, as well as knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.

In return for your hard work and commitment, you will be well-supported within your role, with a strong focus on continuing professional development. You will have access to funded CPD courses, extensive training through our online Priory Academy, and the opportunity to undertake your Practice Supervisor and Practice Assessor training in partnership with Wolverhampton University.

We offer a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and supplemented meals on duty. You will also have the opportunity to progress through our career pathway, with opportunities to develop to Charge Nurse, Night Manager, or Ward Manager.
