Nurse in Mental Health Care

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the UK.
As a RMN or RNLD Nurse, you will work in a safe and therapeutic environment caring for adults of working age with acute mental health care needs.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and review care plans in partnership with patients.
- Compile positive risk management plans for individuals within an evidence-based framework.
- Adhere to the NMC code of professional conduct at all times.
- Maintain health, safety, and security within legislative requirements and in adherence to identified standards and local policy.
- Contribute to the development of others within the team, and act as an associate mentor supporting students and newly qualified nurses.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Desirable experience in mental health services, but not essential.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
- A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.
The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £34,900 - £37,227 per annum, along with a range of benefits including a welcome bonus and opportunities for career progression.
